  2. I also lost my dad 8 yrs ago when I was in junior high. He also had cancer (lung) and kidney failure but what got him in the end is stroke. It was sudden and a tough time indeed.
My aunt also had breast cancer and survived since it was detected in early stages.
Be strong and say your feelings to others, don't keep your emotions in. I hope your dad get better just like my aunt. 🙏🙏

    1. I don't know how you would be able to still stay strong. I've only lost my grandpa and now my dad's been diagnosed, and I feel like crying all the time 😭😭

  3. Hope all is well!

Was getting a bit concerned over any new updates and no, this doesn't have to be related to new chapters, I'm perfectly happy having an update on if your family is healthy as well ^_^

Slightly concerning to not hear anything more is all. Hoping for the best!

    1. Sorry for the lack of updates, there were a few too many update posts before so I wanted to wait for some more chapters to be posted first 😩😩

  4. Soupy, I hope your Dad will get through the treatment and recover. As someone who has been through this myself and have seen many others that went/going through this, cancer does not discriminate. The only tip that I have for you is not just to be strong, but to be positive. Always look at the positive side of things. Don't dwell on the sad things because the positive attitude will get you and your family through this time better than anything else.

My family support network does not live in the same country as me so I got through a majority of my treatment by myself. But I felt the love and support from my family. So if you live close to your Dad, see him often, if you don't then try visit him as much as you can. If you are half the world away then call him (wechat!). I am sure he knows he is loved and have the support of his family behind him.

Good luck with your Dad and thank you for your translations! I haven't started reading WNSYM but I will soon!
