 Chapter 246.3 - Using male beauty as a scheme

“Nothing, my mood is just bad.” Feng Yege couldn’t talk behind their back, that would just make Feng Yege unhappy. 

But after Feng Yege asked a couple more times, she said in a small voice, “There’s only three more days until we get married, but … I don’t have an appropriate wedding dress set.” 

“En? What happened? Didn’t you go to Jinsi building?” He quietly let go of Ye Ji and sat down at the head of the hall. 

His head leaned against a propped up arm, his eyes half lowered, unspeakably handsome. 

Ye Ji heard her heartbeat speed up. 

She mumbled for a bit before purposely being a bit delicate, “Originally I wanted to go but I bumped into sister Wu and the phoenix crown and sunset cape that sister Wu chose was too pretty. It made everything pale in comparison so I couldn’t find something that was nice. Brother Ye, you know, this is my first time getting married so of course I want to wear the prettiest wedding dress, something like … the one sister Wu has.” 

She sneaked a look at Feng Yege but couldn’t read his expression. 

She bit her lip, she didn’t understand what Feng Yege’s attitude towards Lou Qingwu was. 

If he didn’t like Lou Qingwu any more, then if he heard this, he would obviously think of when Lou Qingwu gave up on him at the palace. 

So he’d only hate her even more. 

But right now, his face was expressionless, so exactly what was he thinking? 

“Brother Ye?” Ye Ji uneasily called out. 

“En? Wedding dress set?” Feng Yege raised his head, his half lowered lids were languid. 

“If you like it, then just get them to make you another set.” 

“Really?” Ye Ji’s eyes lit up. 

Originally, she thought that because Feng Yege didn’t say anything, he didn’t care but who knew that he actually agreed to make her a set that was exactly the same. 

This … did this mean that brother Ye didn’t have any reaction to Lou Qingwu’s name? 

She tried to hide her excitement and nodded her head repeatedly, “Brother Ye, I just know that you’re the best.” 

“En, be good. As long as you’re happy, that’s all that matters. It’s just a wedding dress set, once it’s done, I’ll get them to deliver it to you. Just wait to get married after three days. Oh, that’s right, Feng Qi poured some soup, do you want to drink some?” 

“Ah?” Feng Yege froze for a second, she didn’t understand how the topic changed to soup. 

But then she heard Feng Yege continue, “These few days, I’ve had nothing to do so I personally made some soup. Do you really not want to drink any?” 

Feng Yege’s mouth curved, his eyes were gentle and matched with his handsome face. 

Ye Ji’s mind went completely blank, she could only just nod her head. 

Brother Ye … personally made it! 

Even if it was poison, she’d still drink it. 

Furthermore, how could brother Ye bear to poison her? 

If she knew earlier that by becoming brother Ye’s person, he’d treat her this gently, she would’ve done so much earlier!
