Chapter 215.2 - Being drugged

“Then is miss willing to take in Little Bell?” Little Bell wasn’t willing to get up, she could only look pleadingly at Lou Qingwu.

Until she saw Lou Qingwu nod her head did she finally let out a sigh of relief and bow one more time, “Little Bell greets master!”

“Rise, in the future, don’t just kowtow for no reason. If there’s anything, just speak to Lan Bai, she’ll help you.”

“Yes, master!” Little Bell finally found herself again and walked out of the grief from Su Sheng’s death.

Lan Bai saw how obedient she was and liked her immediately.

After gaining Lou Qingwu’s agreement, she started to teach Little Bell and make her into one of their own.

After the carriage entered the city, Thousand Face who was pretending to be the carriage driver, turned around, “Master, manor master Leng wants to meet with you at Changle Lane. Do we go now or go after visiting the Lou residence?”

“Let’s go now. Lan Bai and Little Bell can head back to the Lou residence first. Thousand Face, follow me to Changle Lane.”

Leng Yichen, that guy, if he was looking for her, it’d definitely be about his escaped fiancee.

But coincidentally, she needed to talk to him about something too so it’d be convenient to go once.

But her face still had a veil on as she went with Thousand Face to Changle Lane.

When they reached Changle Lane, they found that it wasn’t its usual self, filled with dance and song.

Instead, it was a wild mess as a gentleman in purple stood with his back facing them, pointing and shouting at another man.

When Lou Qingwu saw the gentleman’s face clearly, her brow raised, Leng Yichen?

What was going on?

When had he ever willingly let himself lose at anything?

To actually let another person point at his nose and swear at him, and not even snap back?

“Pervert! Shameless! Disgusting!”

That person swore at him, one phrase after another as Leng Yichen’s face grew darker and darker.

Until finally, he saw Lou Qingwu out of the corner of his eye, then he couldn’t help but shout, “Have you had enough? I already said it was a misunderstanding!”

“Misunderstanding? If I believed you, that’d be strange! Where’s the owner? How could you let a pervert like this come into Changle Lane? Get me your owner out here!” That gentleman grew even more aggravated towards the end.

His originally low voice suddenly turned into a female screech as Lou Qingwu’s eyes grew deeper.

When she reached Leng Yichen’s side and saw the ‘gentleman’, she realised it was a girl pretending to be a man.

But this girl looked a bit familiar.

Lou Qingwu’s brows furrowed until she saw her pull out a soft whip, she then began to lash at Leng Yichen.

When she saw the soft whip with barbs on it, Lou Qingwu recognised who it was.

Leng Yichen’s face was cold as he ignored the girl.

But he seemed to see what he shouldn’t have so all he could do was purse his lips.

When he saw the whip fall on him, his face completely darkened, “Have you had enough, do you really think you’re that stunningly gorgeous? I was the one who was sleeping in my room when you burst in and started taking off your clothes. I haven’t even begun to disdain you for dirtying my eyes, and you’re here trying to blame me? Just looking at your face, even if you gave it to me for free, I wouldn’t want it! Right now, I’m suspicious that you were actually trying to seduce me!”

This time, Leng Yichen really was furious.

He grabbed Zi Li’s whip with his bare hands as he threw it hard onto the ground, as Zi Li staggered with it, crashing to the ground.

Zi Li crumbled to the ground pathetically as her eyes were burning with flames, but no matter how hard she tried to push herself up, she couldn’t get up.

So she sat down and began to swear at him again, “You disgusting thing, to actually dare to hit me. Wait until I get someone here then I’ll destroy this Changle Lane …” Towards the end, the girl’s words grew weaker and weaker until you could barely hear her.

Lou Qingwu then realised something was wrong as she looked at the girl’s reddened face.

She pressed Leng Yichen’s arm, “She’s been drugged.”
