He uneasily took a step forward.

She turned to Lou Qufeng, “Fourth madam is indeed pregnant and has been for two months. But just then, she was too anxious and angry so she nearly miscarried.”

“Really?! Ah, what do I do! Qingwu, ah, you have to save your little brother!”

Lou Qufeng heard that she was really pregnant and was incredibly overjoyed.

But once he remembered that she could miscarry any moment now, he became frustrated again.

Lou Qingwu lowered her eyes as she took out a vial from her bosom.

She poured out a white pill and was just about to feed it to Chi Mei’er.

Her words were light but made everyone suddenly turn towards Ruan Zhen.

Lou Qufeng’s eyes widened.

Yes, why didn’t he think of that beforehand?
