Chapter 110.2 - Madam had a miscarriage

He ordered as the housekeeper Uncle Liu immediately ordered the senior aides to press Lou Yun’er down.
Lou Yun’er was still struggling, kicking and thrashing about.
Lou Qufeng was even more aggravated, the final bits of mercy in his heart finally disappeared as his heart hardened again.

Her hands gripped her handkerchief hard as her resentment and anger towards Ruan Zhen grew.
If it wasn’t for the second madam promising that everything would be fine, how could she dare to even touch someone under the eldest miss’ care?
From when Lou Lianxin got in trouble, she’d already been a bit of afraid of this eldest miss.
But this second madam promised her, and she believed her.
However, when the time came, wasn’t it her pitiful child that suffered?

But when the housekeeper had just walked out, one of the aides that ran over to look at the fourth madam suddenly screeched, “Not good, not good! There’s blood! The fourth madam’s bleeding blood!”

Ruan Zhen, who stood to the side, also looked unhappy.
Lan Bai looked searchingly at her and then seeing the blood from Chi Mei’er’s lower body, she couldn’t help but mumble, “Master, this fourth madam … she wouldn’t be having a miscarriage, right?”
She didn’t speak loudly or softly but Lou Qufeng heard her.
His body instantly stiffened and this time, was actually shocked.
His biggest regret in life was that among his three madams, not one of them was able to give him a son.
But this fourth madam was pregnant again?
Instantly, his face anxiously changed, “Quickly, go get a doctor! Quick, quick! Quickly, go!”
Lou Qufeng finished speaking and everyone in the ancestral hall fell into disarray.
If this fourth madam actually had a miscarriage, wouldn’t this laoye go crazy?
After all, it’s been a long time so there’d been a child added to the residence …

What a joke, you just tried to bully a free woman under her care and now you want to make use of her skills and probably complain if she can't save the baby? Pah.

DeleteChi Mei'er thought that Ruan Zhen would be able to hide it from LQW. I mean if Lan Bai didn't have a close relationship with LQW and LQW didn't hack life and get reborn, it would've been okay for Lou Qufeng (the master of the residence) to kill or even throw out a servant/slave just because 😬😬

Oh it's probably okay for Lou Oufeng since LQW seems to not even consider him a threat, but did she really think that Ruan Zhen could hide it from LQW when even LLX got bullied so handily to the point of being thrown to a monastery?

Ruan Zhen's a super sneaky fox while despite how scary LQW looks, she's just a 14 year old brat with no backing. Ruan Zhen has the Ruan family as well as Lou Qufeng wrapped around her finger. If you were Lou Qufeng's concubine, who would you be scared of more? 🤔
